MomUnity has not conducted background checks on MomHelpers. Hiring Moms are responsible for interviewing MomHelpers, contacting references with permission, and choosing who they hire. Bookings and payments are arranged directly between Hiring Moms and MomHelpers.

Membership renews automatically each month. You can cancel easily at any time, and access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
Initial membership payments and renewals are nonrefundable, and routine prorated refunds are not offered. Exceptions apply when a refund is required by law or MomUnity must correct a duplicate or erroneous charge. This policy does not waive statutory rights or payment-dispute rights.
