Report anything that doesn't feel right
Every member profile, help request, venting session and comment has a Report option. Reports go straight to our moderation team, they are never shown to the person you reported, and we review safety reports first.
Block or mute a member
Blocking stops a member from messaging you, and removes them from your member directory. Muting simply hides their posts without telling them. You can manage both from any member's profile, and review your list in your profile settings.
Venting Sessions and crisis support
Venting Sessions can be posted under your profile, a nickname or anonymously. Posts that mention self-harm, harm to a child, or abuse automatically flag our safety team and show crisis resources to the person who posted. Our team can identify an anonymous author only in a genuine safety situation, and every lookup is permanently logged.
Meeting in person
Meet in a public place the first time. Tell someone where you're going. Bring your own car seat for rides. Trust your gut — you never owe anyone an explanation for changing your mind.
Protecting your privacy
Never share your full address, your child's school, your child's full name or documents containing personal identifiers in a public post. Use private messages when you need to share pickup details.
What we expect of everyone
Our Community Guidelines are not optional. Judgment, harassment, solicitation and discrimination end an account here.
